You can prebook the aakash 2 tablet on their site www.aakashtablet.com. If you want the current version you can order on the site they will deliver it to you within a week's time. They have also stated that consumers will have to pay Cash On Delivery.

If you want this dirty cheap tablet, I would suggest waiting till Late January but if you cant wait, Aakash 1 can be at your doorstep in a week.

here u mentioned that AaKASH 2 UBISLATE has 2.3 android version whereas the akash website says that it contains 2.2 android version..

I collect more information about aakash tablet pc. The pc contains lot of advance features and simply super. I like this tablet pc new launch and I want to know the exact cost of this pc
to indianist, the price IS exact.
UPDATE: BOTH THE TABLETS HAVE RESISTIVE TOUCHSCREENS
